Yes — I regularly work with runners, cyclists, and gym-goers. Physiotherapy, Sports massage and acupuncture can all support recovery, mobility, and injury prevention.

Wear something comfortable. For physiotherapy or massage, access to the area being treated may be needed. Your comfort and privacy will always be respected with appropriate draping and communication.

Yes — you’re welcome to bring a chaperone to your session. Please let me know in advance if you’d like one present.
